Our goal was to swim everyday... we did pretty well, I got to swim all but one day.  Here I am with neighbor Steve at their surf meet.

Hawaii... the beach is the place to be, it is an island right!!!
well after taking it for granted all my life, I miss it so much.

Did I mention missing the beach yet? here is one of my favorite beaches, Ala Moana, I trained here for various events, you would swim from one end of this pic to the other and that would be about 1500 meters 35-40 minute swim... ahh those were the days.  Click for panorama

Punaluu... my home for 7 years, love to visit and take in the sea, sand and memories

the Pali lookout one of the most scenic and windy places on Oahu, it is a low point on the back bone that cuts through the island
