Another can't live without treat is Shave Ice... but this store, Ice Garden in Aiea, serves it up with over 30 combinations... here we have Chocolate, tapioca and condensed milk, next we have mochi-balls, tapioca, condensed milk and strawberry syrup

Yum is having the standard shave ice with ice cream center

a favorite way to enjoy raw fish is "Poke" (po kee)
Here we have cubes of Ahi (Yellow tail) Taco (octopus) Aku (skipjack) Salmon... prepared with Hawaiian salt (sea salt), peppers, oil and limu (seaweed)

Another Hawaii facination is Raw Fish or "Sashimi"
