When we entered Tani the restaurant the staff shouted VP Attollney "Laaga"
(Roger, Koreans can't pronouce "r"s)
and the hostess bowed in respect. We got a private pimp daddy room.
but when the food did not come promptly
we saw VP Laaga tell the restaurant manager how disappointed he was and
embarrassed with his guests from
Hawaii. Food came promptly afterwards with some comped Asahi and
appetizers. But all this sucking up was to
no avail when the manager came back to beg Laaga for his forgiveness he said
"aahhhhh NO, I don't accept
apology" (it was like seeing Sui's dad scold him back in the day, "you
grounded for life") not sure if more food
came to make peace but it turned out to be a great meal. The dessert was
awesome with wine jello and fresh
fruits. We exited the restaurant with more bowing and apologies.
