Two monsters got away... they both leaped to shake the hook out and what seemed surprising is they dove hard and fast and my guess is un-snagged the hook on the rock bottom, very smart

Interesting day since I caught four
large carp with my bass lure.
It seems that the carp are either hungry or attacking the lure.
The four I caught were snagged on the tail and dorsal fin. They
fight like a tank and weigh11 lbs.
