e-campus framework
developed as a technology framework for higher education.  Once customized for a particular organization the framework becomes a discussion point for various interest and stakeholders in the served organization.  The framework can be used as a communication tool to represent the current state of IT in an organization and can be used to model future technology scenarios and the ripple effect of changes in the framework.  An example is given of thin client scenario in the framework.

marketing & sales model
a simple model that expresses the need to organize, focus and manage time and resources into various activities and disciplines.  This model is useful when limited resources are needed to touch a large territory and audience.  It is useful to leverage the strengths of telesales coverage with the personal touch of outside direct (in-person) coverage.

notebook planning matrix
developed to guide a discussion for creating a notebook program.  Requires two meetings and information specific to the organization program.
