The Year 2005

Another year has come and looking back on 2005 Yum and Steve are very thankful.  Yum reached her milestone of finishing Law School at Suffolk University and she took and passed the Massachusetts Bar.  The ceremony was very nice and it was a great time to savor the three years of hard work.

Starting the year we enjoyed our first cruise with Yum's mom and sister.  We went to the Western Caribbean.  Key West, Costa Rica, Panama, Aruba and Curacao.

Over the Spring Break we went to Washington D.C. took in the monuments, museums and other historic sights.  We squeezed in Epcot and the Everglades.

We had a few other adventures to Redding over the Summer and got to go back to Hawaii for the first time in almost 2 years.

Part of the Hawaii trip was to plan for our next wedding, the "Hawaii" edition in February 25, 2006 at the Kahala Mandarin.  Yum will be taking the Hawaii Bar exam and after that we will have the wedding.  Planning the wedding has been an interesting adventure.  Steve had his ideal thoughts of a wedding tampered with the reality of location and somewhere everyone would be comfortable.

Steve is still enjoying working with his education customers at IBM and Yum will look for a full time job, to pay off her loans, after the Hawaii Bar exam.

To finish the year we had a short trip to Tahoe for Randy's wedding.  It was fun to catch up with friends and get some snow time in.  I pulled some pictures together and finally got Todd's page up.

We will spend the holidays in Redding, CA with Yum's family.  This means family for both of us and Steve's favorite meals of special duck, pheasant, shrimp and deep fried bacon. Yummm!!!

Happy Holidays and New Year,
Aloha! Yum and Steve
